Data deletion

Automatic deletion — no request needed

• Uninstall the app. Removing RollCall Live from your Zoom account (Zoom Marketplace → Manage → Added Apps → Remove) automatically and permanently deletes all data for your account: roster, live boards, attendance logs, frozen rolls, access codes, Zoom tokens, billing records, and your administrator email address. Deletion starts immediately when Zoom notifies us of the uninstall. We keep only a business record of the account — your Zoom account identifier plus the install and uninstall dates — which holds no names, email addresses, or meeting data.
• Live meeting data (who is currently on a board) expires automatically after 12 hours.
• Attendance logs and frozen rolls are retained for 30 days, then deleted automatically.

These retention periods match our privacy policy.

Deletion by request

To request deletion of specific data without uninstalling — or to confirm a deletion — email jp@dataonthespot.com. We verify every request and complete verified deletions within 30 days.

• Organization name
• Meeting name and date
• Account email
• Specific data you want deleted

We will verify the request and respond according to applicable legal, contractual, and security requirements.
